M.S. saddle and clips

M.S service saddles are used to make an outlet on pressurized pipes. These are suitable right from 40 mm (1.25 inch) to 250 mm ( 10 inch) outer diameter pipes and outlet sizes available ½ inch to 3 inch.

M.S. Clips are used for clipping of HDPE / Hose pipes.

These are available/ suitable from 1.25” to 4” outer diameter pipeline.

Filters

Filters are majorly categorized on the basis of medium used for the process such as :

  • Screen Filter
  • Disc Filter
  • Sand Filter

and materials used to manufacture the filter such as :

  • Metal
  • Plastic

These are available in sizes from ½ inch to 3 inch and can handle flow rate from 5 m3/hr to 50 m3/hr.

Air Valves

Making the way for air to evacuate from pressurized water line is very important.

These air valves are available in metal & plastic.

Sizes available from ½ inch to 4 inch.

Rain-guns

From farms to large landscapes, rainguns have been proven effective and cost efficient. Rainguns can cover from 50 ft radius to 150 ft radius of surface and can operate on 1.5 kg/cm2 to 6 kg/cm2 pressure.

Quick release couplers

Quick coupling outlets are easy to operate and very reliable.

They are extensively used in landscape Irrigation and Nurseries. These are service connection and are available in brass , plastic and aluminium.

Sizes – ½ inch , ¾ inch , 1 inch , 1.25 inch.

Control Valves

Manufactured from high performance rigid UPVC compound and ASTM schedule 80 grade compound.

Can handle up to 16 kg/cm2 pressure.

Sizes- ½ inch, ¾ inch, 1 inch, 1.25 inch, 1.5 inch, 2 inch, 2.5 inch.

Solenoid valves

Automation of irrigation system is done using solenoid valves. Manual over rides are also available.

These can handle pressure from 1 bar to 10 bar and flow from 0.5 m3/hr to 70 m3/hr.

Sizes – 1 inch, 1.5 inch, 2 inch, 3 inch.

Automation Controllers

Known as “heart of automation” can handle from mere 1 station/valve to 100 stations/valves.

Available in indoor and outdoor type models.

Pop up sprinkler

Popup Sprinklers are mainly used for Irrigation of Lawn and Ground covers.

Varieties of pop up sprinklers are available :

i)Spray Pop Up Sprinkler – 1 to 5 mtr radius
ii)Rotary Sprinkler – 2 to 8 mtr
iii)Impact Sprinkler – 5 to 15 mtr
iv)Gear Driven Pop Up Sprinkler – 5 to 45 mtr

Overhead Sprinklers

Suitable for field crops and kitchen garden crops such as potato , onion, garlic ,cauliflower , green leafy vegetables etc.

Available in metal and plastic material. Radius of coverage – 8mtr to 18 mtr

Microsprinklers

Extremely water efficient and still it gives advantages of sprinkler irrigation.

Suitable for shrubs, home garden , poly houses, kitchen gardens .

Radius of coverage – 0.5 mtr to 5 mtr.

Drippers and Fittings

Probably the most revolutionary irrigation method of all time.

Water efficiency is need of the hour.

Drippers are generally available in 2 lph , 4 lph, 8 lph , 12 lph flow rate capacity.

Various fittings required available in 8 mm , 12 mm , 16 mm, 20 mm.

Tubing

LLDPE (linear low density polyethylene) is used to manufacture poly-tubing used in drip irrigation.

Extremely flexible and tough poly-tubes are available in 8mm ,12 mm, 16 mm ,20 mm.

Pressure Relief Valves

Regulating pressure either via perfecting the design of system or using mechanical / hydraulic outlet is must as fluctuations in pressure directly hampers longevity and performance of irrigation system.

Available in bronze and aluminium material and Sizes available – 1 inch,  1.5 inch, 2 inch

Subsurface Drainage System

Subsurface drainage is as important or even more important than surface drainage. Excess / Saturation of water creates disasters in case farming or man made structures.

These flexible pipes are manufactured with the guidelines of IS 9271 which can be used under extremely heavy earth loads.

Tarang Floats and Barges

To keep the pump in floating state in water body these floats are used. Manufactured by using FRP and foam is solid enough to make it unsinkable unless someone purposely do it. It is very stable to temperature variations. Floats vary based on its carrying capacity such as 100 kg , 150 kg, 200 kg.
